Thank you for your interest in Jefferson Square!  We have a very vibrant and diverse community that we are proud to call home. 

Should you be joining our community, we ask that you please follow the guidelines below to ensure you have a welcoming move-in experience and so current residents are not adversely impacted.  

NOTE: All of the forms and documents referenced below can be found on our website here. 

1) As a first step, fill out the New Owner Information Form. This will get you added to our owner database and ensure you receive important communications. This information is also used to add you to the Call Box which can be used to provide entry to the building. 

2) Carefully review the Moving Procedures document. Understanding this information can save you many moving day headaches! 

3) Complete and submit the Move Application to alert our property management company to alert the Welcome Committee and prepare the building for your arrival. The Welcome Committee will reach out to schedule a tour in advance of your move.

4) Before your welcome tour, please review the Owner Reference Guide which has a great deal of useful information about our building and the rules. The welcome tour is a perfect opportunity to resolve any questions you may have.

5) Should you be doing any work to your unit, please complete the Application for Construction.  Also review the Contractor Guidelines and provide them to any contractors doing work at Jefferson Square. Owners are held responsible for contractors. 

6) At your final closing to complete the purchase of your condo, you should receive door entry fobs and garage remotes from the previous owner. If you did not receive, they can be replaced using the New Owner Entry Device Form. Please note that the previous owners did not turnover their remotes so you are not charge and more importantly, so we can have them deactivated.

7) The bylaws and other legal documents are also available on the website for your review.
